Warranty Policy

We provide a 60-day warranty on all repaired products starting from the date of return delivery.

Warranty Conditions:
  • If a defect reoccurs within the 60-day warranty period, we will perform a re-diagnosis of the module.
  • If the defect is determined to be the same as the original defect for which the repair was performed, the module will be repaired under warranty at no extra charge.
  • If the re-diagnosis reveals a different defect than the one originally repaired, we will communicate this with the customer. In such cases, we will discuss the situation and decide on further steps together with the customer.
Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when sending the module to us for repair or warranty assessment.

Our Commitment:

For valid warranty claims, we offer a re-attempt to fix the module and re-diagnosis at no extra charge.


Repairs & Investigation Fee

When you send a module to us, we will perform a professional diagnosis. Following this diagnosis, we will provide you with a quote for the repair costs. Note: All quoted prices are excluding shipping costs for the return delivery.

  • If you decide to proceed with the repair, the investigation is included in the repair price.
  • If you choose not to proceed with the repair, or if the unit is found to be irreparable, a standard investigation fee of 45 euros (excluding shipping costs) will be charged to cover our diagnostic time.
